What a voice!

Southland musician Annah Mac has released her new single Baby Don’t Change.

Anyone who has been following my reporting would understand I am probably her #1 fan.

Annah has just completed the recording of her debut album at Neil Finn’s world-renowned Roundhead studios in Newton, with American producer and drummer Brady Blade (Opshop, Brooke Fraser). The album is expected for release later in 2010.

She tested some of her singles by supporting Kelly Clarkson on the NZ leg of her tour and has also joined Jordan Luck on part of his 31-date-a-month NZ tour.

Her first single ‘Focus’ was released early this year. It spent 27 weeks in the radio charts Top 100, peaking at number 25 and reaching the number 3 position in the NZ Top 40.

Check out the clip below for a live perfomance of her new single.
