It was a taste sensation for 20 people that attended a 19 course experience at Fat Beans Café in The Jam Factory on Tuesday. It was to find the best dishes to be placed on the new menu. I asked along to capture the event and provide some feedback – tough job but someone has to do it! As the dishes rolled out we were asked to rate our favourites – so let’s take a look at the dishes that had everyone talking!

Scotch Egg: Deep Fried Egg with Smoked Salmon, Avocado, Sauteed Spinach served on herbed potato hash and drizzled with Caper and Dill Dressing
